Welcome to Dithero.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our site.

4. Use of Our Service

You may use our service to create polls and participate in polls created by others. You must not:

  • Post anything illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Use our site for spam, scams, or fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to remove content and/or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of any polls, text, images, or other content you create on Dithero.
  • By posting content or linking to external images, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it on our platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
  • If you use an image as your avatar or in a poll, including images hosted externally (such as Unsplash or other stock sources), you confirm that you have the legal right to use it. This includes complying with any applicable license terms and ensuring that the image does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or personal rights.
  • You may not post content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or infringes on another person’s rights.
  • We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or availability of externally hosted content.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content, including avatars and linked images, that we believe violates these terms or infringes the rights of any third party.

7. Disclaimers

Our site is provided “as is” without any guarantees. We do not guarantee the accuracy of poll results or that the service will be available without interruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our site, except as required by UK law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting a notice on our site.
